This website is operated by Clarities LLC (“we”, “us”). It covers the terms for our services and how we handle your personal data. Questions: filip@clarities.dev.

Terms of Service

Services

We provide go-to-market services, including business strategy, market research, UI/UX design and copywriting. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing (a proposal, quote or email) before work starts.

Payment

Prices are quoted per project. Invoices are payable by card or bank transfer through our payment provider, Stripe, on the terms stated in the quote. Work may be paused if an invoice is overdue.

Revisions and cancellation

Each quote states how many revision rounds are included. Either party may end a project in writing; you pay for work completed up to that point. Fees for work already delivered are not refundable.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We do our work with care but cannot guarantee specific business results such as revenue or conversion rates. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, email, company details and anything you share when you book a call, email us or work with us. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver the work, send invoices and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with services we need to run the business: our scheduling tool, email provider, Stripe for payments and our website host. Each processes data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing filip@clarities.dev. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
